36,574 Americans killed in the Korean War
Note: The 48 panels shown below are at the Korean War Memorial in Seoul, South Korea. I photographed them in the summer of 2019 using just a consumer-grade camera and no strobes. The light was harsh, especially on panels 30-48, which had strong backlighting from the sun. Also, I did not touch, (or clean,) the bronze plaques, so many names are very hard to read.
